I think we overwhelmed them. It was just my family, after a small reunion, a total of 9 adults and 2 kids, 2 infants. We were the only people in the store at the time. We ordered 2 family meals. They did their very best to take care of us and fulfill our order with only minimal delay.

The food is Delicious, during Every single visit!!! And, as of late, I’ve especially been enjoying the new Mike’s Hot Honey biscuits, the fried chicken, the mashed potatoes, their “dirty drinks” (with vanilla cream added), and all their new yummy dipping sauces! The service is also Really top notch! All of the staff work very hard, with diligence and teamwork, and keep busy. The managers and team members are all always so pleasant, personable, kind, friendly, professional, and welcoming! And the General Manager, Juliana, and Assistant/Shift Manager, Andrew, are both Such gems and sweethearts! They are both Always going above and beyond to ensure customers feel valued and have a great experience, and they even remember many of the names of us regulars, too. It makes you feel so special and cared about! :) Plus the dine-in area and restrooms tend to be cleanly and inviting. I Highly recommend this location overall, and it’s definitely my favorite KFC location these days! And when ordering through the KFC app, you can gain access to lots of great discounts, freebies, and earn rewards points towards free foods and such. So I generally place my order ahead through the app, and then it’s usually ready and waiting upon my arrival! I've had issues here before with employees forgetting items, and I let it go because I didn't want to get upset over small things. I've had enough of this KFC. It's the employees. If I order a 12 piece variety, I should get a 12 piece variety. Not 12 pieces of whatever chicken the employees had on hand at that moment. 3 breasts, 3 thighs, 3 drums, 3 wings. If you don't have 3 breasts you don't get to decide that I don't get all 3, and sub it out for something else. I paid for 3 breasts, not 1 or 2!!! I should get what I paid for, not what you decide to give me. If the employees don't have the right amount of the right pieces, they should MAKE MORE CHICKEN instead of shorting me. 3 chicken beasts, not 2. 3 chicken wings, not 2. Your employees had to count to 3 four times and failed every time. Somehow they got 2, 4, 2, and 4. Teach your employees basic math. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
