I visit KFC almost every second day, mostly for takeaway or drive-through, but unfortunately the service has been disappointing many times. Very often, when I reach home and check my order, I find that one or two items are missing. This happens too frequently and causes a lot of inconvenience. Another issue is that special instructions are often ignored. For example, if I clearly ask them not to add spicy seasoning on loaded fries or other items, they still prepare it the same way without caring about the customer’s request. Also, being in KPK, people here are very sensitive about family privacy and separate spaces for ladies and families. KFC Swat branch should consider having a better separate family area and proper space for ladies, apart from the general individual seating area. This would make families feel more comfortable and could help improve customer satisfaction and increase their earnings. As a regular customer, I expect better attention to orders and more care from the staff. KFC should improve order checking, customer service, and family-friendly arrangements, especially for takeaway, drive-through, and dine-in customers. Food: KFC has its branches all over Pakistan and has been one of the favorites of every Pakistani because of their quality, taste and price. They truly deliver the right taste at the right price. Atmosphere: This branch of KFC has been my absolute favorite because of the structure and the whole atmosphere in the branch. It is quite cozy and spacious. Service: The staff over here are very patient and cooperative. I like the way they listen and talk and explain everything to you. The service is the winner. It's very fast and doesn't mess up the order. Price per person: Rs 2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Zinger Burger, Value Bucket, Chicken Piece, Rice & Spice, Crispy Duo Box
