I ordered the food in advance online and went to pick it up at the scheduled time. I still had to wait for 5 minutes. The clerk always turned his back to the customer and was busy with his own business. When the customer arrived, no one greeted him. It was very rude to treat the customer as if he were just air. Also, the food was not very good. Sorry for the mistake, I ordered chicken legs with sesame seeds and served them with chicken nuggets. I really don’t know if KFC is training its employees. They have conducted questionnaires before to investigate the service quality. Even after asking, the results still haven’t improved. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
