The chicken is small. Kentucky is a franchise. The chicken is also cut into different pieces at each store. In my personal opinion, the chicken at Taishi restaurant is relatively small. If you don't tell them not to put chickens that are too small, they will put chickens that are so small that they could be called malicious. I don't use the Taishi store, but have recently been using the Nakachi store. The KFC in Kobe has a bigger chicken in it.
