Visited KFC Tanjung today and was highly disappointed. The ordering kiosk was down, and the counter staff lacked a physical menu, making it very difficult to order while being rushed. The food served was not fresh. The egg, nuts, and cucumber for the Nasi Lemak KFC were ice-cold, and the chicken in both orders was cold and tasted old. The Colonel rice lacked any flavor. Given that our last visit also resulted in a very long wait for food despite the shop not being crowded, it is clear that the service and kitchen standards here need a major upgrade. Not worth the money. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: RM 40–60 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
