If you’re looking for the best chicken in town, KFC in Temple is the place to go. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you come hungry and leave happy. The restaurant is always clean, the sauces are always stocked, and the chicken is consistently fresh, hot, and crispy. What really makes this location stand out is the customer service. Manager Zephan and employee Ahmaad were both extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help me with the KFC app and my mobile order pickup, making the entire experience smooth and easy. Every time I visit, the staff is friendly, fast, and professional. It’s clear this team takes pride in providing great food and excellent service. Highly recommend this KFC location to anyone wanting quality food and outstanding customer care. Absolutely the worst I've ever had. The wedges were chewy and old tasting. The chicken was so greasy and the breading just fell off. Tasted old like the oil hadn't been changed. That's the second time. It's been that disgusting. I will never waste another dime in the temple KFC again. They should just close. Went 2/28 at 11:30 thinking it would be fresh. I order 2 pc combo lady was rude and food looked burnet so unsatisfied I wouldn't go there poor service and poor food. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
