Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Bought a Deluxe Quarter Pack, waited ages just to open the box and I knew I’d be going to bed hungry. Chicken skin falling off, chips dry asf like they’d been sitting there for hours, more gravy than tater, and the bread rolls were literally just mushy dough squashed into the side of the box. And somehow the whole meal was barely warm. Been waiting ages to get some KFC, not happy not coming back. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway

Don't even bother with KFC Timaru just go next door to McDonald's.
The trainie on counter had no idea what to do, took 35 minutes just to place order, then waited 45 minutes, so called over the Manger had some words with her finally received my order, she acted like it was the customers fault!!
Could have driven to Oamaru ordered, eaten and back driven back by the clowns at the KFC Timaru circus took my order!!

If my opinion is worth a grain of salt the KFC in Timaru is not worth the effort I have just put into the capital letters.
The service is so poor that I could have driven to Ashburton ordered and driven back to Timaru eaten the food and I still wouldn't have been served. The line of cars stretched back to Evans Strret hence the previous comment regarding the over heated radiator. As I was next to order but alas to my dismay there were orders for the home delivery,orders for the drive through but alas no order for me. I did say that the service was not great but alas one of the not so great customer service person said we are trying our best and to my surprise the other one with no customer service said if you don't like it you can leave. Well I turned around looked at the very long queue and said best of luck hope you get to order before they close.
Not only the worst customer service the world but also the universe.
I would give KFC minues 1000 star's.
