We placed an order through the terminal. When the order became the first in line, and this happened after 15 minutes. They began to endlessly push us to the end of the line. We were in a hurry to go to a movie show. We expected that we would receive our order in 20 minutes. When I asked when they would give it to us, I received a rude answer from an employee: you are second in line, we’ll give it to you now. We were last in line on the scoreboard. Next time we'll go to Burger King. They know how to work with people, unlike KFC.
