There was one vehicle ahead of us in the drive thru line. When it was our turn I placed our order. Only after placing our order we were told it would be at least 30 minutes on “ALL” their chicken. Now idk about y’all but in my past experience with KFC it has never taken 30 minutes for chicken to deep fry in their fryer. It wasn’t near closing time either. It was around 1:30 pm. on a Sunday. So I can’t rate anything as we left and went elsewhere for our Sunday lunch. Service: 1
