Clients don't highly appreciate coated chicken at this fast food. Food delivery is a big benefit of KFC. Based on the reviewers' opinions, the staff can be inattentive. Unprofessional service is something that guests don't like at this place. The atmosphere is charming, as visitors find it. But this spot is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

KFC’s online ordering system does NOT work! Online pick-up orders just goes into a black hole. And when you get to KFC Porirua to pick up, the staff there do NOT want to serve you, because they are busy hiding from their customers who are all upset and complaining about all their stuff ups and delays in serving orders. They give priority to Uber eat deliveries, because they are the large ordersso there is no point going into the store to personally place orders through their kiosks, or worse, to pick up small online orders. You literally have to shout at the servers to get their attention, and good luck getting your orders correctly packed. There is no sense of customer service what so ever. The best way to be served quickest is to wear a gang patch and threaten to ‘get a refund’as I observed when I was waiting for over a hour for the two wicked wings I won on 6 & Shout cricket. Never again KFC, until you significantly improve your business, systems, staff training and customer service model.
