Bradley is disrespectful and rude. Started at the menu board placing my order and he states “would you like 3 strips or what” i automatically think he was rude from the beginning. I get to the window Bradley asked if I was ok. I said no pretty much staying to myself until he asked “did I do something wrong” of course I told him that he was rude and disrespectful. He then states he gets most of the compliments in the store. Then he tells me to pull up to the front door after all the attitude I got from him. I asked for a refund after he’s adding more fuel to the fire with his cocky attitude. When I ask for the refund he then rolls his eyes and starts talking about me to other employees. I didn’t even get a receipt for my refund I had to literally ask for it. This girl comes to the window very sweet and understanding. Bradley then comes back to the window and is pretty leaned up against this girl as she’s talking to me. Also inappropriate behavior. This is someone that wants to become a co-manager or an assistant of a restaurant. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Venting: just had the worst experience at KFC on tylersville rd! Ordered eight piece meal and three chicken tenders. Got home and did not get the three tenders, the gravy was full of dark lumps, the corn looked horriblehad brown dried up pieces. Looked like it had sat there all day. I called and went back up for replacement corn, gravy and get the tenders I never got. Spoke to manager (young girl) she was unfriendly and sarcastic. Told me I “didn’t have to be upset!!! Believe that?! Went out and thought about it. Went back in to get her name (Brittany) As I was walking outshe said “I’ll be waiting on my complaint”! I said you got it!!!! Grrrrrrrr Never going back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is actually one of the cleanest kfc’s. I’m a regular customer here and they cook my chicken wings fresh every time. I was visiting this location during the review below and the Karen underneath me was screaming and acting a fool when the young woman were trying to help correct the mistake. Give this place a chance they provide good service and it’s clean and quiet and nice. If they make a mistake they are over apologetic and usually give extra items.
