I order online at exactly 11:30, I expect to that the order would be delivered to us before 12:00. the food arrived almost 12:40. I ONLY HAVE 20 MINS TO EAT because I need to clock in for work at 13:00. I was hoping I could rest more. Please if your short on worker please add more people. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

不好意思，餐點都在預計時間內配餐完成，實因當天外送單據過於集中在同一時間，負責派送外送員的外送中心未及時聯繫你，真的對不起，後續會追蹤派送外送員的新竹外送中心確實要掌控時間點及時與顧客聯繫。

The fried chicken bucket was getting more and more unpalatable. The meat was very poor and only the chicken legs were barely edible. Egg tarts are the only edible thing at KFC. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
