Stopped in for a treat and was really impressed. The madeleines were super fresh with a lovely zesty flavour, and the cakes were just as good. Everything tasted homemade and not overly sweet, which I loved. You can tell a lot of care goes into the baking. I'll definitely be back to try more from the range. Highly recommend!

Coffee is great and only $6.5 in this economy, honey cake is super good, strawberry matcha is fantastic and uses real strawberry and u can taste it, choc chip cookie is fantastic even when not warm, dubai chewy cookie also really good, cheesecake is really good as well. Extremely well done and quality desserts and drinks!

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I honestly felt very uncomfortable because of one female staff member/owner at Kiki Dessert recently. I asked politely about the desserts, but her attitude felt rude and dismissive from the beginning. When I asked for the toilet key, she even rolled her eyes at me, which was honestly shocking and made me feel very unwelcome. I also found a long hair in my dessert. Mistakes can happen in hospitality, so for me the bigger issue was the attitude and overall treatment rather than the hair itself. What made the experience worse was noticing how differently she acted toward Korean customers or friends — suddenly becoming much friendlier and sweeter. As someone living in Australia, a multicultural country, I believe all customers should be treated equally and respectfully regardless of their background. This review is specifically about the attitude and customer service from that particular staff member/owner. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improves in the future.
