Rating:. Review for Kitchen 46, Al Thumama. I had a very disappointing experience with Kitchen 46, Al Thumama. I ordered two combo dishes—something I had been dreaming of trying for a long time. At the time of order, I was told delivery would take a maximum of 45 minutes. However, after waiting for over an hour, I had to call them—only to find out they hadn’t even started preparing the food yet! It finally arrived 30 minutes after that, making it nearly 1.5 hours in total. To make things worse, the order arrived without any of the essential side items—no sauces, chutney, salad, or even mayonnaise. Because of that, we couldn’t even finish the food properly. This wasn’t just about food—it was about a long-awaited moment that turned into a complete disappointment. I feel like I lost both my time and hard-earned money. If the restaurant can't fulfill an order properly or on time, they should be honest with customers instead of ruining their experience.
