We clearly walked into some kind of family reunion or private gathering, hosted by the business owner, which made the entire experience really unpleasant. The restaurant was really small and we were basically crammed between kids, people playing cards, drinking, eating konbini food and being generally loud. We really felt like we were intruding something we shouldn't have been (and didn't want to be) part of. If you're gonna have a private party in your restaurant, then you should close it for business on that night. I was expecting some kind of discount for the trouble, but instead we got announced a +10% fee for card payment. The food was nice. Food was good, but pancit bihon was oily. Sinigang na hipon was tasty but 4100?? 1600+1600 plus 1 rice. The rice for 1 person was 900?? Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
