Koji in Salisbury absolutely blew us away. The mandu was delicious — fresh, crunchy, and packed with flavor in every bite. I ordered the spicy pork belly and it had the perfect amount of heat, plus it came with an amazing banchan spread including cucumber kimchi, steamed eggs, Korean cole slaw, miso soup, and corn fritters. Every side dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. My wife got the sweet Korean chicken with white rice and she loved it. To top everything off, we had mochi ice cream for dessert and it was the perfect ending to an incredible meal. Eating here honestly made me feel like I was back in Korea.
