Kokee Bakery in Springfield Mall messed up my order three different times. First, they couldn’t even get a simple vanilla cone right. Then, when I ordered boba tea for my daughter, they spilled it all over her and her phone. Instead of apologizing, the staff just laughed. None of them were wearing name tags, and when I asked for their names, they refused to give them. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. I’ll never go back.
