I stumbled upon Kotaro by chance while walking around the neighborhood, looking for something to eat that was a bit out of the ordinary and I was definitely not disappointed! Even as a foreigner who doesn’t speak Japanese yet, I was welcomed with big smiles and so much kindness. They explained the house specialties, and I decided to try the Monjakari. They even helped me prepare it, and let me tell you it was absolutely delicious! I recommend this place with my eyes closed. I’m really grateful for the wonderful experience and for the two lovely women running the restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and I loved the decor. Thank you again. I’ll definitely be back!
