This ramen shop is really special to me. I come here almost every week with my coworkers. Every time we visit, there is a new limited-time menu. I always try the new one—and I’d say my “win rate” is about 70%. To be honest, sometimes it’s not that tasty. But I actually love the challenge and the adventurous spirit of this place. It’s always very crowded at lunchtime, so I try to arrive around 2:15–2:30 to avoid the rush. And I make sure to finish my ramen and rice bowl by 3:00.
