As someone who's been to Germany several times, it was a great delight to be able to experience authentic wurst with bread and beer in a Japanese city like Kure. Got nostalgic You had to wait a bit for the food though, because they cook the sausage when ordered. It's understandable, it's a small place, not a Biergarten that can have hundreds of sausages going at once. On the other hand you can both hear and smell your food getting cooked Oh, and most of the food, including the sausages and the sauerkraut, is home made! So impressive! The service was kind, and with that I mean very kind, we're in Japan They also have a changing table, so no problem bringing small children.
