DON'T ORDER ONLINE. I ordered KUSH Wynwood in Uber eats and ordered a black bean burger that I normally get. I waited about 40+ minutes for my order (mind you I live around the corner) and they charged me $37 for that one burger. When my order came, the first thing I noticed was a piece of paper inside my burger that I almost ate.... I removed and kept eating it. I noticed the patty was different, then I noticed the taste was different, and it had different guac and different cole slaw. I called the restaurant because this burger tasted so different than what I've had before and asked if they outsource their deliveries. Turns out KUSH doesn't have UBER Eats so when you order thinking you are getting KUSH, you are really getting food from another place... a sister restaurant but not KUSH. You'll pay the same but get something else. NOT COOL KUSH, NOT COOL

Hello and thank you for this feedback. We're truly sorry that your experience was less than you have come to expect from us. Just to be clear we don't mean to mislead anyone, but ordering KUSH on uber eats will come from our Brickell location given it has the large kitchen that would accommodate the daily orders. The food quality and consistency abides by the same standards hence it shouldn't affect you as the consumer. We will be relaying this feedback to our team onsite and driving home your points.
