To whom it may concern Unprofessional and arrogant interaction with your manageress and one staff member when returning hot cross buns which tasted of cloves and no cinnamon. We were not unhappy or rude but just wanted to bring it to their attention that something went wrong with the batch. Clients should be treated with respect at all times. Not good examples of being your front door. Thank you and will shop elsewhere from now on.
