It is essential for any franchise to maintain consistent food quality and adhere to the same menu standards across all branches. Unfortunately, this is not the case with Kababji in Raifoun. The quality of the food served was noticeably below acceptable standards and does not reflect the reputation associated with the Kababji brand. Not only was the food quality below what is acceptable, but the ingredients used in the meal were clearly of inferior quality and did not reflect what is described or promised on the menu. This inconsistency is particularly disappointing given the high prices charged, which suggest a premium dining experience that was simply not delivered. This experience does not align with the reputation Kababji has built over the years. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as maintaining consistency in quality, honesty in menu representation, and fairness in pricing are crucial to preserving customer trust and brand integrity.
