Kabul Afghan Cuisine was an amazing experience! We ordered the Qabili Palaw, and the portion was huge. We were pleasantly surprised that each plate came with around 8–10 pieces of tender, flavorful meat. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommended if you’re in Sunnyvale! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food didn’t have the real taste of Afghan cuisine. We don’t use cinnamon that heavily in our dishes, and the flavors were completely off. I didn’t taste authentic Qabuly at all, and the kabab didn’t resemble Afghan kabab it tasted more like an American steak than traditional Afghan cooking. Overall, the meal lacked the true Afghan flavor I expected. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
