We didn't queue long outside before invited in. A very charming place. There is a standing bar only. Signs on the wall indicate drinks prices both in yen, and in lucky rolls of the dice! I placed the order with the man, he wrote it up on a napkin which I thought was a little strange. I only noticed the ticket machine as I went out the exit later. I would say, not the best tempura I've ever had, but friendly service and a unique atmosphere you may never find anywhere else on the planet! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
