I am a regular customer of Kacchi King Restaurant and have been a fan of their food since the beginning of their launch. I always enjoyed visiting with my friends and family. However, today I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I ordered onion with my meal. One staff member checked with another employee, and they agreed to provide it. But the portion given was extremely small and disappointing. When I asked for the manager’s contact number, none of the staff members were able to provide it. The behavior and attitude of the staff were very disappointing, especially towards a loyal customer. Usually, small complimentary items are provided without issue, but today nothing was given, and the service experience was very poor. As a regular customer, I feel very upset and dissatisfied. If this kind of customer service continues, it may negatively affect the business and reputation of Kacchi King Restaurant. Unfortunately, after today’s experience, I do not feel interested in visiting again, and I will also advise my friends and family to be careful regarding the service and customer treatment.
