Had a pleasant dining experience at Kachi Kitchen. The restaurant offers a good mix of Vietnamese, Indian and Middle Eastern dishes, making it a great option for those looking for halal food in Hanoi. We tried the Beef Pho (Phở Bò), which was comforting and flavourful with tender beef slices and a well-balanced broth. The Vietnamese Spring Rolls (Gỏi Cuốn) were fresh and light, making a great starter. The Chicken Biryani was aromatic and generously portioned, while the Naan paired well with the accompanying dishes. The Chicken Wings were nicely seasoned and enjoyable as a side. The restaurant was clean, service was friendly, and the food arrived promptly. While not every dish was outstanding, the overall quality and variety made for a satisfying meal. Overall, a solid halal dining option in Hanoi. Worth a visit if you're looking for familiar flavours while exploring the city.. I was unfortunately disappointed with my experience here. The food did not meet my expectations, as the vegetables did not seem fresh and the beef appeared undercooked. As a result, I was unable to finish the meal. Considering the quality of the food served, I do not feel it was worth the price paid. I hope the restaurant can improve its food quality and consistency in the future. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₫100–200k Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

"We appreciate you taking the time to write to us. We are very surprised to hear this, as we pride ourselves on serving only fresh beef and vegetables made daily. Since freshness is our top priority, we take your comments regarding the quality and undercooking very seriously. We are investigating this with our chefs to ensure total consistency. Please allow us to serve you next with better experience thank you
