The miso ramen was good. The broth has umami taste in it. The meat is also thickly chopped. The noodles is just normal. The Tsukemen is somewhat on mid level of tastiness. The broth is leaning on the saltier side. But the meat and the egg are good. I do not recommend the gyoza. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I went to Kaede, a ramen restaurant located in Heiwajima, Ota Ward, Tokyo. Miso ramen is probably the main dish. I ordered the pork bone soy sauce. It was delicious.
