Very tasty traditional rice cakes with lots of different flavors, but my favorite is still the sweet soy sauce ones.

Mitarashi fans know that no two places make it quite the same. Kaede has a lovely smoky, chewy, and gently sweet version that was greatly pleasing, and I would have it again in a heartbeat.
