A pleasant cafe where every coffee lover can choose. They can prepare your coffee in different ways. Kafe is famous for its waffles in different ways. Special waffles every month. You can build your waffle yourself. If you prefer salty food, you will find something here - they also make salty waffles here. If you're going here on a weekend, I recommend making a reservation. The banoffee pie waffle was really great, I'll come back for it sometime , batch brew Colombia too. Small complaint - I would recommend adding to the menu (or informing the customer in advance) that the ginger tea is quite significantly sweetened with honey. I've been fond of coffee for a long time, I used to go to the original cafe behind the Red Church for pear waffles, but after today's experience I've become quite bitter about the love brand. None of the branches in Brno answered the phone through the reservation, but we were hungry for waffles, so we thought we'd try Orlí blindly. The service was unpleasant to the point of obnoxious - they asked us in an arrogant tone if we thought we would be seated on the weekend without a reservation. (My visits to Kafecs over the years number in the hundreds, so I know that sometimes it is possible, for example, with a short waiting line or even without it, that we ourselves have sat down several times without a reservation or we have seen someone else sit down without a reservation. We almost always go for weekend. It's totally fine to say "Unfortunately, we don't have a place right now", but it's definitely not necessary to make an idiot of the customer and condescendingly lecture them. :) We expected that it might be full, but the fact that the waitstaff was looking at us, as if we were supposed to have a crystal ball and monitor the current occupancy minute by minute, it was really useless). When asked why they don't pick up the phone, the answer came: "We are so fully booked that it's useless." Orlí has finished with me for good, and we'll think about whether we'll return to Úvoz - there are already too many changes for the worse (new menu, higher prices, unpleasant service). At least thanks to this experience we discovered Buchta B. :) Service: 1
