Absolutely terrible customer service. This was my first visit to Kafeini, and it will definitely be my last. The man who took my order was extremely rude, unfriendly, and looked miserable the entire time. He didn’t smile, didn’t make me feel welcome, and his attitude made it seem like serving customers was a burden. I felt uncomfortable from the moment I placed my order. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. A warm greeting and a positive attitude go a long way, and unfortunately, there was none of that here. There are so many cafés that value their customers and know how to provide good service. Sadly, Kafeini wasn’t one of them. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend it based on my experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
