We recently stopped at Jewett’s Kaffe Sol and overall had a pleasant experience. The highlight of our visit was definitely the service. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. It’s clear the staff takes pride in making guests feel comfortable, and that positive attitude really stood out. The restaurant itself has a cozy atmosphere and a charm that makes it easy to see why people enjoy coming here. The space was clean, inviting, and had a relaxing local café feel that made for an enjoyable dining experience. While the food wasn’t quite what we were hoping for, it certainly didn’t take away from the hospitality we experienced. The dishes were presented nicely and arrived promptly, but the flavors were a bit milder and less memorable than we expected. Everyone’s tastes are different, and what didn’t work for us may be exactly what someone else enjoys. What leaves the strongest impression is the excellent customer service and the welcoming environment. Because of that, we would absolutely consider stopping by again and trying something different from the menu. Restaurants are about more than just the food, and the people at Jewett’s Kaffe Sol deserve credit for creating a genuinely warm and enjoyable experience. Themed around the Vikings, this small coffee shop has a variety of options for food and coffee. They have handmade goods like loaves of bread and pastries, hot fresh and delicious coffee.
