I have never seen such a disgraceful place in my life. The staff is irrelevant and not conscious. It's his turn and he's on his way. The reason for the queue is not so much preference, but don't get me wrong, it's just that the staff don't know their job and act lethargic. The so-called manager is not there and they did not raise the awareness of the employees. The ice creams are full in the back warehouse but they are not on the counter because the employees don't care... I've never seen such a ridiculous place. On the Eid day, they filled in the staff who did not know any job. We asked for white mocha and they said there was no more, the cream was out. We bought another drink, we asked for straws, they said there were no straws left. They brought it from brew mood. I said yuh now yuhhh. Close the store, since you're making people queue on a holiday. I had water in my order and they didn't deliver it, but when it arrived I realized I couldn't go back. It has very comfortable leather seats inside. However, they allowed cats to occupy the seats in a place where food is consumed. Baristas are novices. To be more precise, the staff, not to mention the baristas, are unable to cope with busy times and orders get mixed up. The employee at the cash register does not ask our preferences when taking the order, instead he selects the coffee size as medium and the milk as non-dairy and takes the payment quickly.
