We had high hopes for this cafe, but it turned out to be a terrible experience. We ordered coffee and a bacon and egg sandwich, yet after a 25-minute wait—with only two or three other tables occupied—both arrived lukewarm. To make matters worse, the sandwich was missing both the bacon and spinach that were supposed to be in it. There was also no restroom available. Overall, this was one of the worst cafes I’ve visited; the quality fell below even what you’d expect from a train station coffee shop. I do not recommend it at all. Price per person: IRR 4–5m Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Nice ambience and not overly crowded . Breakfast snacks are decent, nothing mind-blowing but solid. Perfect spot if you want to grab a coffee with a friend and chill for a couple of hours without feeling rushed. One personal gripe: for the prices they charge, serving everything in disposable dishes feels cheap and off-putting. I might return if I'm in the area, but it's not my go-to cafe. The new branch of Kai Cafe, which is located in Iran, is perfect for westerners in terms of location. The outside space is very suitable for people who smoke because, unlike the Khodami branch, there are many places to sit. For socializing and working, the decor lacks a little artificial light, the lampshade on the table, which I hope will be completed and added to the decor over time. The attitude of the staff is good and their drinks are served in large glasses and cute cups that are suitable for photography. The cookies and sweets taste great and are very fresh.
