[Charshu like braised pork] Ramen Kaiji Rifu branch is a famous restaurant near Rifu Aeon that has long lines. We recommend the most popular kaiji rich ramen that you'll want to eat even if you wait in line. The soup is made with a large amount of carefully selected high-quality pork bones, and is a thick hot water type that is very creamy at first bite, but as you keep eating it, the rich flavor changes and it's super delicious! ️. The homemade medium-thick straight noodles were made through trial and error to match the creamy and rich, delicious soup.The noodles are square with an edge and have a unique chewy texture. There are two types of char siu, the main ingredient. The pork belly char siu is extremely thick and is more like trotted pork kakuni than char siu, making it the ultimate delicacy. The chicken char siu was small in size, but it had a moist texture that was different from pork belly char siu. Another good thing is that the price is the same regardless of the amount of noodles you choose: 150g for a medium size, 200g for a medium size, or 250g for a large size. The smiles and cheerful customer service from the staff are also good! ️. Everyone, please try it at the famous Ramen Kaiji Rifu branch, where there is always a line.
