Kaizen Collision at 19th Ave & Deer Valley has an outstanding team from top to bottom. Management, the front office staff, body technicians, and the entire production crew all work together to create a shop environment that is professional, organized, and welcoming. The front desk team is always friendly, communicative, and helpful, which makes a big difference in an industry where customer service matters so much. Management does a great job keeping the shop running efficiently while maintaining a positive atmosphere throughout the facility. The body men and technicians clearly take pride in their work and consistently deliver quality repairs with attention to detail. It’s always appreciated working alongside a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and relationships. Grateful for the partnership with everyone at Kaizen Deer Valley and look forward to continuing to work together for years to come.
