The Kaju - Brunch Restaurant, which is located in the center of downtown Coimbra, is something completely new and modernized. It presents many different foods on its menu as well as for all types of people, whether those with allergies, those who cannot eat gluten, among other great options. In this case, I found it incredible that the menu itself defines what each dish contains, which is why there is a little table in the lower right corner of each menu. Once again, this idea is fantastic, which once becomes a differential because not all places have it. I was present at the site yesterday, a very hot Sunday afternoon. The design of the place is completely clean, it has a light and subtle presentation that brings a comfort you know, also for bloggers on duty I recommend taking some good pictures. Eggs benedict (7.10€) was ordered along with a craft beer (3.50€) of which the eggs were delicious and I say congratulations to the boss while the beer is my only observation because it was literally hot for the day that presented himself. Soon after, a bacon and scrambled egg toast (5.90 €) was ordered along with a red fruit iced tea (2.50 €) which were both delicious. The toast is well prepared and with an incredible flavor and the drink is well differentiated. Which totaled my bill on the spot worth (€19.00)! Regarding the service of the local staff, I have to say that it is very professional, because when you arrive, they take you to the table in the environment of your choice, they make the orders right away and it doesn't take long for the requested to come out, also being kind and solicitous.
