Could not book a reservation online. We tried to have our hotel call, but they would not take the reservation. We arrived around 6pm on a Saturday, and one of the staff told us it would be a 2 hour wait. Given the amount of people in the restaurant , no line outside, and the restaurant capacity, this seemed like the problem was more than just full tables - the staff member was not friendly, and we politely said thank you and went to a more welcoming restaurant.
