ヒレカツ最高でした 50年以上、味を変えずにこだわり続けた、少し甘めのオリジナルソースを潜らせた、柔らか〜いヒレカツ、堪能しました ご馳走様でした！ The pork fillet cutlet was absolutely amazing! I fully enjoyed the incredibly tender hire-katsu, dipped in their slightly sweet original sauce—a recipe they’ve proudly kept unchanged for over 50 years. Thank you for the wonderful meal!
