Kaktus is a Mexican outlet at food court of OC Novy Mall. We got Mexican Chicken Noodles packed from them. Service was decent; ambiance is as good as a normal food court. Portion size was quite good, taste wise noodles was very decent. Sauce served along with noodles was yummy and we loved it. Pricing was very decent and packaging was quite good.

Awful place. The waitress blew her nose and the gave us glasses without using gloves or anything. Very dirty place and it's also not very tasty.
