Their adds on FB led me to do the ordee. Truely mouth watering impact was there. And it was so delicious as expected and the portion is perfect with 2 crabs as I ordered with Crab curry. I ordered a portion of fish and chips for my sick brother today through Uber eats it took these people abt 1H TO PREPARE THE FLIPPING THHING. and the irony is just for it to be delivered it took them SOO LONG as well. And when the food got to our house the chips were soggy and the fish was cold. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 1,000–2,000 Food: 2 Service: 1

Kalapu cooks all its food from scratch and dishes will take about 45 min - 1 h depending on the order and the availability of the kitchen. We pack our food when its warm, if delivery process takes way more than usual time it will effect final food quality. Usually, this is not the case. Once the order finished, Uber rider picks up on time. In this situation Uber rider was super late to pick up the order, then it effected the product quality - which we are unable to take responsibility. As per your feedback we’re looking more alternatives to secure food quality if that happens. We believe this incident occurred due to Uber rider issues, please do reach their customer care team. In Uber orders, Kalapu is only a cooking partner - they handle all end to end service. We always want all our guests to receive best products and service regardless of their order channel.
