We said hello, smiled and walked into an empty restaurant after the rain looking for somewhere dry to sit, waitress just stood waiting for us to find a seat, we found only one that was dry.. she puts menus down on the table and walks away.. we wait to have our order taken.. Two other customers of different ethnicity to us, walk in and the waitress dries the seats for them to sit, then returns to take their order totally ignoring us. Needless to say, we left and we won't be returning. Service: 1

I've been coming here every time I’m in Phuket. The food is delicious, no complaints there. But today’s service was very disappointing. Due to a language barrier, staff responded reluctantly when I asked about our drink order. In the end my daughter didn’t receive her drinks at all. Please improve staff customer service and communication.I feel like whenever we call,they are running away. The food is delicious,no regret but they have to do something about the staff pr.. it makes you feel not welcomed at all. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ฿2,000+
