Very mediocre food. Had to return two dishes for fixing. The patio chairs are I uncomfortable bc they force you to sit backwards since they’re angled and not flat. They were out of the fish. Lamb chops were all fat. Fries cold and soggy. I won’t be returning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

We were trying to find a fun place on one of the lakes in Reston but the first one we went to had reservations with a long wait so it went to another part of Reston and found this fun little sports bar named Calypso. The food was great the waitress was excellent she was the best. They have tons of outdoor seating overlooking the water along with an indoor dining area and a separate bar as well with multiple TVs. Supposedly world cup games here are legit and a lot of fun. It's a Greek restaurant with tons of beer and food specials and our waitress said on Saturdays they have a farmers market from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. I think as well. Five stars you should check it out. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: I didn't even think about vegetarian options but just by coincidence we ordered the Greek combo appetizer which I've uploaded pictures of which was all vegetarian was a 10 out of 10 and I'm not usually a vegetarian guy so this was a welcome surprise Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating

I went for the first time this past Thursday to Kalypso's and I LOVED IT!
This place has it all and then some!
Right on the center of Lake Anne Plaza, you have free parking, a beautiful large outdoor patio, and amazing ambiance!
(And that's just the outside)!
Inside, you are greeted by a warm, hip decor, welcoming atmosphere with several large, big screen tv's showing all the latest sports and games surrounding just one of the bars.
There's an elegant, privately secluded dining room on the other side of the venue, where couples can enjoy a romantic dinner for two, or parties of friends can catch up over cocktails and appetizers, and business people can converse privately.
Whether you're looking for a fun new place to meet great people, or a perfect hangout to catch up with your friends, this place is it!
Extensive amazing menu, creative cocktails, diverse selection of several kinds of beer, and a wine list to die for.
If you have yet to check out Kalypso's Sports Tavern at Lake Anne Plaza in Reston, you REALLY don't know what you're missing!
