This is a very special restaurant that should be a destination meal for food lovers visiting Japan. We visited on a weeknight and booked through Tabelog in English. The team was prepared for us and welcomed us immediately when we entered. Chef Kamata and his two lovely assistants endeavored to describe every beautifully prepared dish in English for us, and explained the origins of each culinary delight, which we were thankful for, as it gave us a great insight into ingredient sourcing in Japan. We reserved one of the omakase courses through Tabelog and each dish was itself a movement in a cohesive symphony of flavor and feeling. Thank you chef Kamata and your wonderful team, we hope to have the pleasure of visiting again! FYI, it is a bit hard to find, but if you go into the same building as "King or Clown" it is on the second level. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
