This place is excellent all around! My husband is Japanese and he just loved it! The soba is hand-made to perfection. If you truly want to appreciate the noodles' texture, order them dry with dipping sauce on the side. Their signature dish, Kamonegi Seiro, did not disappoint. The tempura was lightly battered and there were creative options. The foie gras tofu was a rich flavor bomb that was decadently enjoyable. It's interesting that Kamonegi is not rated higher on Google. Yes, it's pricey - the quality is high! Two people who are foodies (including a chef) recommended it highly. Japanese cuisine can seem simple but it's delicate and far from simple to get just right; Kamonegi definitely stands out.
