Did not like. I went yesterday because they offered an all-you-can-eat promotion, but the hot food was cold, there were very few options, there were things I had to look at the menu to order. Apart from the waitresses every minute asking if we need anything. The hot holl, really horrible, cold and terrible looking. I don't recommend it and I won't go back. "Tell me about your experience in this place", is exactly what I intend to do in this review and the funniest thing is that it doesn't need much, as the experience comes down to one feeling: frustration. The environment is pleasant, has good lighting and interesting accommodations. It's comfortable and honestly, it doesn't do justice to the service and service that the restaurant sets out to offer. The rotation is weak, it doesn't have great options. Honestly, it doesn't have a good diversity of dishes and the options that exist, despite the low price, leave a lot to be desired. The service simply cannot be evaluated, as it does not exist. The dishes are bland and do not have the characteristic flavor of Japanese cuisine. The dishes take a long time to arrive, and when they arrive, they arrive cold (those that are hot) and the cold ones are lukewarm! Believe! We have to repeat orders all the time. If there are four servers, be prepared to repeat your order four times, and none of the times the orders will be delivered in a timely manner that is 100% compatible with what you ordered, so much so that they offer other dishes. So, what you didn't ask for arrives and what you asked for doesn't come. Anyway, I will never go back and I don't recommend it. A piece of advice to managers: prepare your team, train your attendants and offer services suited to your capabilities.
