Quite a fancy meal to be a had at a food court. Tempura was presumably fried to order, as the wait time was around 10 ~ 15 minutes after ordering. Presentation and packaging were amongst the best I've seen. Rice was cooked perfectly, and the tempuras were delicious. It was not a cheap meal at all ($20+ per person). Don't expect humungus portions either.
