Today I made an order for 2 business lunches through the operator. The operator accepted the order and at the end said that the waiting time for an order with delivery was 1.5 hours. The branch is 10 minutes from me. I wanted to refuse, I asked how long it would take to prepare for pickup - it turned out that it was only 20 minutes. The order was changed to pick up. Bottom line, my order took more than 50 minutes, 30 of which I sat in the establishment and waited. During this time, some visitors came to the cafe, ate and left. But my order had already been paid for, and I could no longer leave :) The soup was hot, but the chicken, apparently, was made on time, because in both businesses it was cold. There was one spoon in the utensils for two. I strongly do not recommend delivery or pickup.

The burp is excellent, we waited for the order for 4 hours, the chicken never arrived. Thanks for ruining the evening, pathetic...
