This restaurant was recommended by a well known Dutch culinary journalist and it did noot disappoint! From the warm welcome by the couple who run the restaurant untill the end it was a great omakase experience. They seat only 7 or 8 people and the chef prepares everything fresh right before you. They spoke pretty good English so communication was easy. The place is a bit out of the way for most tourists, but definitely worth it. Mostly visited by Japanese so you'll have a genuine experience. We had an beautiful evening with amazing service! The best sushi we had in Japan and received very good explanations of each course, origins and the history. Heavily recommend to anyone for a great dinner. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
