The food was amazing. The service was spectacular. Took my girlfriend for her birthday.The tacoyaki was delicious. Finished my bowl of black garlic ramen. It was so good. My girl got the chicken katsu curry she enjoyed it. Very nice for the area. We'll come back multiple times in the future. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Five stars for the food, but ten stars for Jasmine! We came to Kanpai for our 10-year anniversary and she made the whole night so special. She was incredibly kind, patient, and easy to talk to- which was a lifesaver because my fiancé is notoriously indecisive when ordering. She helped us navigate the menu, picked out an awesome sake, and was just so attentive.She even noticed I was eyeing the black garlic ramen, and when I mentioned I couldn't get it because I'm vegetarian, she proactively offered to just have them add the black garlic oil to a veggie base for me so I wouldn't miss out! Jasmine didn't even know it was our milestone anniversary, but she is seriously one of the best waitresses I have ever had. My only real critique is that I'd love to see them expand the vegetarian menu a bit. They had a few options for apps for vegetarians, so that was good- but for my actual entree I could literally only get ramen and there was just the ONE ramen and no other vegetarian main entree options on the entire menu (It'd be so easy to add even 1 or 2 more!) The food we did have was delicious, but Jasmine’s amazing service is the main reason we will definitely be back! I just had an incredible meal at Kanpai Ramen here in Trinity! The ramen was absolutely delicious—the broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. The ambiance is fantastic too; it has such a cool, modern vibe that makes it a great spot to relax. On top of that, the service was top-notch—the staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the area!
